"Everything was great for what we needed. There's even a pathway down to a grassy area right on the Housatonic River - great place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Only complaint was having to wait 10 minutes to check-in because no one was in the office when we arrived (3pm). "

"They guy and his wife are pretty descent people and they have great customer service, very friendly. Rooms are okay and clean. There is everything around the hotel from Walgreens to McDonald's and downtown is a 10 minute walk."
