Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person). If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it."

"Its very near to the drop off point for the waterbus which is pretty convenient especially if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The property has basic amenities and makes for a decent stay. "
