"Whole hotel needs a upgrade, We booked the room with a hot tub. But after checking in we quickly realized we were not getting in it because it doesn't look like its properly cleaned. The bathroom door knob had things on it. A shelf in the shower was broken and no extra toilet paper or wash clothes were in the room. 1/10"

"It was great. I booked last minute, arrived late and left early. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was exactly what I needed - a place to sleep - on the way into New Orleans for hurricane relief."
