「There was garbage under the bed and bugs in the shower. It had an unpleasant odor, not a clean odor. The room key didn't work for the pool area, so you had to get the front desk person to let you in. They were pleasant and friendly about it but left people waiting while they did this.」

「THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! 」

「The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was good. We especially loved the biscuits!」
