"The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl"

"The overnight gentleman was very nice and helpful. The next morning was when all the terrible stuff started at about 7 am when the construction crew started nailing and working on the outside of the hotel. At 8 we were awakened again by the maid vacuuming the room next door to ours with what seemed like the loudest vacuum ever. Now the mattress was from the 90’s and no fitted sheets on it.
