"We had an excellent stay at Paradise Country in the deluxe family eco tent! What a cool spot! The tents are fantastic, fit out with a great shower and heat pump, queen bed and king single bunk beds. Breakfast was fantastic - great spread of a buffet catering to everyone. A couple of things which weren’t 100% is that the top bunk wasn’t prepared when we arrived (had dirty sheets on them), however Cass at reception came straight away and apologised and fixed that! "Worst experience ever. We were booked for 3 nights. After checking in, we were told our second night accommodation was canceled due to planned works (no water for 24h) and Wyndham know and would sort it. Mantra (service that manages the guests) notified Wyndham on the 1st of Nov of the works (long before our stay), yet they did nothing about it. When calling to sort it myself, we spent hours trying to get through, no call backs occurred and it was poorly managed, basically they just tried shift...
