"We chose this hotel because of the location, price and availability on hotels.com. We would not stay here again as it was not comfortable, it was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke in our non smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bedspreads, blankets and sheets."

"Run down, poor condition, missing essential safety and comfort items. Crawling with little biting bugs. Didn’t sleep a wink. Awful. I have pictures and videos. Smoke alarm missing. Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!"
