Great staff and great hotel. Clean, safe, quiet, and near perfect. Traveling to Chicago with teens and needed a stop-over due to great distance being traveled. We hit the jack-pot. So thankful! Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel the only issue we had was the room had a really bad smell. We stayed in a nonsmoking room and it smelled like weed a lot. Went to the reception and asked to be moved to a different room but everything was booked. The girl at the reception was really nice she even looked to move us to a different hotel around us but everything was booked. They gave us something to sprayed in the room to help with the smell. Other than that nice hotel I will stay here again

The room was a very nice size with a sofa, refrigerator, microwave, tub/shower, continental breakfast was good, front desk staff was very friendly. Greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. You can tell it is a small community hotel that has staff that takes pride in having it and helping maintain it. Keep up the good work. Now, the room need minor improvements hence the 4 in that area. Everything else is a 5.

Clean, decent place with comfortable bed and a spacious room, though the freezer compartment in the mini fridge did not have a door. (But at least there was a freezer compartment.) The complementary breakfast (featuring DIY waffles) and anytime coffee and tea are a nice touch. No herbal tea, however. If you want to fill up your water bottle, there’s a water cooler in the fitness room. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though they seemed perhaps understaffed at times.
