「The hotel was fairly new. Everything was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was pleasant.」

「There were stains on the bedding & sheets. Bathroom floor near corners and around toilet were filthy. There was no hand soap nor any in the shower container. Didn’t have time to notice before staying as we checked in and left for a wedding and returned after midnight. No one at counter to request soap. Luckily we bring our own for emergencies. Mattresses need replacing. The toppers are lumpy and very uncomfortable.」

「Food crumbs on the floors, bathroom was dirty, they didn’t have my reservation so I ended up paying more than what was quoted to me through the app. People were loud at all hours of the night as well. We left a day early because it was so bad.」

「The pool was closed until April 16. Dated hotel with few amenities. Go to much better hotels in Bradley. 」

「first - a few positives. Polite staff, room was clean & coffee was available all day. Downside, the bedding. Blanket on the bed was very thin and the pillows were smaller than standard size. Breakfast - not really much. A few apples, some small muffins, orange juice ran out after one small styrofoam cup. Anyway - clean. Convenient if need to be in town. But otherwise - even a bit overpriced for the loading provided. 」

「My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. 」
