"The hotel claimed to be updated. If some of it looked new, the rest was not. Our room had filthy baseboards floors, and carpet. The breakfast was free but I didn't eat there. We checked in in the afternoon and the milk was still out in a pitcher on the counter. If I could have received a refund, I would have left the hotel to find another. The sheets were clean. I can't believe this hotel was given a 5 -star rating on Hotels.com"

"This property was the worst property I ever ever went into ever in life. I have never experienced anything like this before I needed to come over as closer to the hospital, where I was gonna stay too so that my husband was able to go back to work in the morning without being so much pressure on the both of us and went there and could not stay because it was awful the experience you have to see the photos doesn’t know what I’m talking about. It did not represent what was advertise and we were not able to go to stay at this result this hotel and then I just got out the hospital and was able to go back to the facility and then now it’s shut down by sled and they’re not allowing anyone to come on the property so I have no way of getting my money back or anything to talk to anyone about the problems that I had but I’m glad this is a outlet for us to be able to show and to Voice our opinions in our experience with these people."
