"It took half a hour to check in because the person didn't know how to handle an orbitz reservation, even though I showed him my receipt. He didn't know if he should run my credit card again or not, I said no obviously. But it took so long for him to even figure out what to do it's disappointing. He was very courteous throughout the whole ordeal, but nobody behind the desk should be that incompetent if they're left in charge."
