Not anything the hotel can do better but it’s just the fact of being in a city! The staff was great. I didn’t pack an umbrella and the lady at the desk provided me with one. 「We have stayed iat Lady Diana a few times already. Rooms are very clean and housekeepers do a good job. However the rooms are small which I think is normal for a historic places like Sultanahmet. Reception was great. Special thanks to Jafer the front desk manger who always treated us very warmly and with respect. The afternoon concierge person however seems to be unhappy with what he does.
