「Was on a solo motorcycle tour.
Likes; very convenient to “Mayberry” touristy locations, lol, hot breakfast was good, staff are very responsive ( had a moth fly in, couldn’t reach it, they sent a staff member, catch and release, lol).
Dislikes; not a total biggie deal breaker. Retired now, but worked construction back in the day, so I get it, lol. There were construction crews staying all over. I had neighbors 2 doors down. They were party hard guys after work. Bluetooth speaker music. pounded 4...
「Great Hotel for the night, was traveling down to Nc on my motorcycle. Picked up the Blue Ridge Parkway right outside of Hillsville. Was the perfect location to spend the night on my journey. Right off 77 so it was super convenient.」
「Everything was really nice at this Hampton Inn. It was clean, well decorated, and quiet. The continental breakfast was excellent and well stocked. We even had an opportunity to use the pool which was well maintained. I also appreciate the 11 AM checkout time. It's not always easy getting a party of 4 cleaned up, packed up, and out the door with an early checkout time. We didn't feel rushed which was really nice. 」
「My family enjoyed staying at the property. Right away, we were impressed by the cleanliness and newness of the room. We were provided with our check in information by text, so we didn’t have to head to the office upon arrival or check out. There was a delicious breakfast provided and a cute little store. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area for a hike or to visit the town of Floyd. 」
