「Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out.」

「Room was not clean. Carpet was dirty. Empty pop bottle and plastic Chick-fil-a bag were under the head of both sides of the bed. The storage bin under the microwave had a large Chick-fil-a bag that contained a box and the rest of the diner's trash. Night staff did not seem to care about dirty room.」

「Perfect location right off the Blueridge Parkway. Under new ownership , being renovated, Hardwood floors, large bathroom, very comfortable bed and pillows.」

「The place is under a new management and has been remodeled. The whole place was extremely clean. We did have some problems with the keyless locking system and did not have internet for the night we stayed there. There is a restaurant that had just opened from 7:00 to 3:00 and a 24-hour convenience store that is well lit with little snacks and sodas and such in vending machines. The location is quite quiet and right off the Blue Ridgeparkway. Pretty close to an excellent restaurant Chateau...
