I would rate the house a "C". It had all the basics and was clean. However, the furniture was old and beat up, the master bedroom had no place to put a suitcase except on the floor. Tiny town, friendly and fun people. Market is small and well stocked with essentials, may want to pick up groceries in Visalia if you have "fancy" needs.

Definitely was unsure but turned out to be AMAZING! Three rivers is RIGHT before state park entrance. Literally straight shot a few miles

Three Rivers has a nice proximity to the Sequoia National Forest, approx. 30-40 minutes away. No snow on the ground @ 1000' elevation -- but chains were required to go into the Sequoia's 7200' elevation and fresh snowfall.
