「Beautiful hotel. The lobby, room and breakfast area were immaculate. I would highly recommend this property to travelers.」

「good」

「The room was clean. The AC was working but it was loud. Parking was fine. The pool wasnt open. Change the TV remove as it was sticky and I could not clean it.」

「Wasn't happy about smoke alarm not working. Cigarette butts on top of a/c unit. It was great for our pet and staff was nice about it」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「We have stayed here before and we decided to stay there again. Very pleased with everything!!」

「Convenient location」

「Paying for location. The bathroom had mildew and grime. Disappointing for a "nicer" hotel. Bedding/sheets not comfortable. Expect more from this hotel brand」
