「Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality.」

「Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...

「客房整潔舒適，早餐食物種類豐富好味。」

「The staff were excellent I have health issues and they went above and beyond to bring me food and help me to the Airport. Nick and Rachel and staff . I found the bed uncomfortable and had no bath . The food I had was good and fresh . Service was fast .」

「Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.」

「lovely house with all amentirs, living room is excelent, has return to home feel. dinner in the room is perfectly for traveller. you must drive because it is far from town 」

「Great staff, lovely chilled spa area, great stay」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「A wonderful hotel with beautiful environment, spacious room, confortable simming pool and best restaurant.」

「Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.」

「I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.」

「The best of Islay」
