How is this a 3-star hotel - it’s absolutely lovely. The rooms are excellent: the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and surrounded by fields. Wonderful buffet breakfast
There for a wedding - a series of room key blunders and double bookings made it hilarious but the staff were friendly and acted quick to adjust. Faulty Towers anyone ?

Admittedly we where a bit suspicious when we couldn’t contact the staff the day before or even early on the dag of arrival but then on things went very smoothly indeed. The room was perfekt and we didn’t object to the air condition a bit in the sweltering heat. The view feromon our window over the old Thames barges were soothing if you’ll excuse the expression. Before check in and moving in we had a nice cold seafood platter. We were not hungry for the rest of the rest of the day.

Couldn't be better in anyway. Room was very clean and updated, hosts were friendly and breakfast was excellent, especially the French Toast with fruit compote on it.

This is really lovely B&B, it's beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location, with beautiful seaviews, away from the noise of the main seafront area.
Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from.
I cannot recommend it enough, we hope to go back very soon.
