「Overall it is a great place to stay. Staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, big and clean. Their rates are very reasonable for the room size you get. Like many other hotels there are a few cosmetic things that needed attention, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. 」

「The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. 「The hotel is nice and clean. We rented a queen size bed because they were out of King size ones, but that bed seemed more like a full. The “continental breakfast” was not even close to that. It had some oatmeal for you to make, and some premade small size omelettes with a slice of cheese. Not a good variety. The view is beautiful, as you can see Lake Superior.」

「Extremely friendly staff! Beautiful little hotel! Very nice continental breakfast set up! Extremely clean room with awesome red, white, blue touch! I was stationed at the nearby base 30 years ago and loved the added touch original U.S. Air Force pictures, in their original frames, that the hotel acquired from the heritage society. The next time I travel to this location, I will stay here again. TY for an excellent stay!」
