「I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. 「It was our second time visiting. It is very quiet which is very nice of you are retreating from the hustle and bustle of life. The shops are nice all within walking distance. The staff was nice for the most part. 」

「My wife and I stayed at the Grapetree for a week and we absolutely loved the place! It was perfect, it was away from the noise and crowd of Christiansted and Frederiksted. The room was perfect for the two of us, the food was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming. Definitely rent a car because the hotel is far from all the attractions and beaches. 」
