「We absolutely loved staying at Luis’ place! The area is quiet and the view from our room was incredible. The place is located a bit outside the city but we had dinner at a nice vegetarian cafe nearby (which was great even though we’re not vegetarians). Luis was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are modern and some of the best we have experienced in Peru. Such great value for money. The WiFi worked great as well!」

「Vi hadde det utrolig flott på Inkasaire. Det var det mest avslappende, hyggelige og flotte oppholdet vi hadde på vår to uker lange tur i Peru. Personalet er meget hyggelige og behjelpelige. Eiendommen ligger vakkert til, maten de serverer er utsøkt og beliggenheten idyllisk. Bestill det øverste rommer for en magisk utsikt fra sengen. Gå ut i hagen og hils på de skjønne lamaene før du spiser frokost på balkongen. Anbefales på det sterkeste!」

「Nice gem in the middle of sacred valley, we stayed at the luxury suite, and they were quite nice for the location and price. Excellent value for money. The hotel is quite isolated from the city and there is pretty much nothing to do around the area. Breakfast was boring, no quality food options and the taste was bland」

「Cute Peruvian hotel close to town - walkable to a mini market and restaurants. We would stand outside the hotel and flag down a motortaxi if we wanted to go further. They would charge us $5-8 sol ( about $1.75-$2.75 us ) to go into the town square or to the train station . The town square is really cute. The beds were comfy and the worker will give you a heater for your room if you’re cold ( we went in winter) . They stored our roll on bags while we went to Agues Calientes (Machu Picchu)...

「The staff were incredible. Super friendly and very easy to get a hold of. They stowed our luggage so that we could visit the town after checkout. The hotel was really cute and quaint. I would stay there again.」

「Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley.」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready」

「Good location clean. Unfortunately even the slightest street noise is audible in the room. Same for light and noise from the hallway. Very friendly staff.」
