「The facility is a disaster 1. The pool is loaded with algae Absolutely disgusting 2. Staff refused to give a refund and they are rude. 3. Elevator wasn’t working and the employees were not able to understand that having people walk up 3 flights and not helping isn’t reasonable. Please stay far away from this place.」

My sheets had blood drop stains from what looked like a menstrual cycle gone awry and I could nearly see through my bathroom towel, but the hot water and the pressure were on point! But, on a...

「Never again」

「The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there」
