「Loved the convenience to the Ark. The breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and very pleasant. However I thought some things were looking tired and worn. For example the carpet in the hall and in our room on floor 5. Otherwise, it was perfect.」

「Clean room very nice staff.」

「I like the location of the hotel. It's right across the Ark Encounter which was one of our itinerary. I also like that the rooms are on the ground level and can parked our car right outside our room. I sure will recommend this hotel to our friends.」
