「Two night stay and everything was above and beyond. Lady checking me in was friendly and helpful, excellent service here. The room was very well cleaned, smelled fresh and was decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, generous and thoughtful. The breakfast attendant lady was great, very kind. I will definitely be staying here again when in Greenville. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for taking good care of your guests!」

「Very clean very nice」

「It’s hard not to want to leave a review because of such a bad experience. This hotel is nothing like the images. The amount of noise and slamming of the doors was insane. It’s only a two story building so every slam echoes through the building landing at the taco bell. I don’t recommend for family, friends maybe foes.」

「👍」

「The staff was friendly and helpful . would’ve loved to have had a complementary breakfast, even if it was only a continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the days that we stayed at the property, the weather was against us and it rained so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool an the hot tub that looked lovely enough. To bad there wasn’t and indoor facility for us to use.」

「Hotel room was clean & quiet, bed was comfortable but overall the hotel needs to be refreshed - fairly worn & dated. Staff was welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was good the first day with a lot of options. The second day there were issues with one of the coffee makers that took quite a while to fix, while that was being worked on the hot breakfast items weren't replenished & not available.」

「Overall is was good」

「Three cockroaches appeared in the room.」

「The headlights don't light up and the refrigerator doesn't cool itself」

「The hotel was immaculate everything you want and needed in a hotel room.I wouldn't have to leave my room for a year if I wanted too.Because I had everything necessary. It was amazing... Great hotel. I will stay again. When traveling, I highly recommend this brand of hotels.」

「Great location, especially if needing to be close to the hospital. The Bistro staff was wonderful and the food was quite good. The Only issue was room cleanliness could be better but the management staff was quick to resolve our issue.」
