「Great」

「Beautiful inside, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff. I think for this price breakfast should be included. Breakfast is $17.00 or $18.00 a person. We had a fun time at the Ohio Renaissance festival close by there. Not much other stuff around.」

「Nice hotel & great location，but complimentary breakfast ends by 9:00, that's bit earlier for family trip!!」

「When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.」

「Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast not so good.」

「Pool drained, jacuzzi in room permanently covered. 70's carpet, but appeared clean. Outside doors do not latch--security concern.」

「Shower/tub were very dirty, one of the bed spreads was visibly dirty/stained, and breakfast options were not attended to or replenished and hot items were pretty cold. Truthfully, it was overpriced for the quality...or lack thereof.」

「The hotel was very close to the Air Force Museum and that was very helpful. We were able to get there in just under 10 minutes. There were many places to eat around the area and that was good. (Many different choices to choose from!) The rolling doors for the shower stall were very modern! :)」

「The room we stayed in had a toilet coming out of the floor so whenever we sat on it, it tilted. A faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall. There was a hair on the wall of the shower. The floor was not very clean. After I took a shower and walked across the room to my suitcase, the bottom of my feet were dirty. Will not be staying again.」
