「I have stayed at this property many times in the past and was happy with everything」

「They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times.」

「This place not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Really friendly staff and they cleaned our room daily (seems like many places don't these days). Breakfast had hot choices, but wasn't anything spectacular. Wished they had cold water at breakfast and another choice of fruit. Nice quiet property.」

「This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.」

「The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. 「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet our room was overnight. Sometimes we’ve had unwanted noise bleed. Breakfast was great with many choices from hearty to healthy. One of the reasons we chose this location was it was recommended as a safe area. We felt absolutely safe & didn’t worry about leaving our car in the parking lot.」

「Clean. Great breakfast. Nice restaurant next door (connors). Good location」
