「The rooms were clean, staff extremely nice. It was like a home away from home.」

「Very Friendly staff! Bed linens smelled like someone else's sweat as if the sheets weren't changed.」

「I stayed here with my husband during the week because I was in town for work. The property was obviously older, which we expected. However, our room wasn’t that clean and the amenities in the room were minimal. It didn’t even have outlets available next to the bed. We also ate at the restaurant because we were too tired to go anywhere else. The service was slow, and the food was just okay. We also paid for valet parking, and all they did was park our car right outside the door. There are...

「good」

「It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

「Beautiful rooftop bar, fun quirky hotel. Would stay again.」

「Room was very clean and to my expectations. But it would have been nice to know that the lobby/first floor was currently under renovation. Also the gym/fitness room can use a little bit of updating.」

「Clean rooms however bathroom could use updates by installing walk-in showers for the handicap with safety bars as well as ceiling repairs both the cloth chair and window dressing could use a cleaning or upgrade Overall with this economy still on the expensive side however it is what it is.. It's the staff convience and peaceful atmosphere, friendliness of extended stay guest .Overall 7 out of 10.」
