"The hotel is clean and very close to Shinjuku station - about 4-5 minutes walking. Very convenient for traveling in Tokyo. Staff helped us in many matters. Laundry and drying machines in 4 floors. Breakfast was good with western and Japanese food but can be improved. Rooms are very small. Difficult to move from one side to the other when 2 suitcases are open. If you come 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast, the staff treats you in a very unpleasant way and almost convince you not to eat....

"This is a very comfortable stay. The beds and linen were very nice and the bathroom facilities excellent. We had a balcony that was very nice for air flow. The laundry was very useful and detergent was provided. The location is excellent for exploring. "

Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."
