「Staff were great, property was beautiful, clean etc. We ended up having issue with the AC & we are all used to sleeping in a cool room. The only one who slept was my youngest but even she woke often. Everything, the beds etc., were very comfortable but I got zero sleep, hubby got a little, & my other daughter did get some. We were there to attend graduation @ Salem State. We were on the 2nd floor which inherently would be warmer on a warmer day anyhow so having the ac not work wasn't...

「This was such a neat historic property. Check in was easy. Room could probably have used a couple of fixing ups, but it was absolutely gorgeous still. Guess they had a slow couple of days because they upgraded me to a suite with a sunken living room. The four poster bed was comfortable, the view overlooking the window was cute, breakfast was provided but a bit limited. Id stay here again just for the neat experience in a 1700s Inn. 」

「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
