Excellent! Super easy access and check-in/check-out process and quick communication. Buildings and rooms are impeccable and gorgeously decorated in historic fashion. Comfy king bed in the Rajah room, beautiful clawfoot tub or a separate shower, and the main house was amazing as well. Great continental breakfast options

A lovely hotel would stay again. So charming a very well decorated. The walls are from the 18th century’s so you can hear traffic. We had no issue with it at all. There was a French press in the room which was lovely. The issue was no actual coffee to put in it The pulllout bed was sloped. Probably better to put it on the floor. I would recommend otherwise

The suite was so absolutely darling, and the perfect end to a day in Salem. Perfectly situated within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We actually decided to stay in for dinner just to enjoy the patio space! The historic touches throughout the house add so much to the feel of your stay, especially if you want something beyond a traditional hotel/air b&b stay. Checking in, parking, the breakfast, checkout -- every detail was handled through an app which made the process quick and flexible to our day. We are already talking about visiting again!!
