"The hotel is a really nice place, but the location struggles with 'street people in crisis'. I appreciated the transportation options to the airport and Amtrak station. The staff was very hospitable and the free breakfast was quite pleasant. Despite the area concerns, I would stay there again when I travel for business. "

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....

"good place. mostly comfortable and was clean. Shower curtain was too small for shower to extend all of the way and was also too short. fridge and microwave was in a bad location in the corner therefore hard to access so close to the wall/AC unit. AC unit was bent/broken although it worked fine. the hair dryer was overheating and making a rattling noise so hard to get my hair dryed effiecently as I had to keep pausing and cooling it off and was scared it would spark. Also the TV volume...

"I enjoyed the lady at sign in. She was professional and very friendly. Very clean hotel in lobby and room. The downtown area was a bit much for me though and I did not realize how much homeless people have taken over that area. I feel badly for the hotel staff and who ever lives there."
