The check in staff is friendly and accommodating, but the hotel is looking old and the decor is outdated and tired looking. There was a lot of light from the hallway coming into the room from the bottom of the door, which made it hard to sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location in Elk Grove is a nice and safe to walk around with my dog, which is was I was looking for. It’s ok for one night passing through. Be aware they charge a $150 deposit when checking in although my room was already paid for.

The first room had an issue with no hot water but they moved me into another room and there were no further problems. The staff were excellent. Vivian or Kimberly were great.......I may have messed up the names. They were the night desk staff.

Very conveniently located off I-5 with food and fuel nearby. Good variety at breakfast. Clean, roomy, comfortable rooms. There was a glitch with billing and we were pleased that they responded quickly to rectify it.
