Stayed here for the CIM marathon. Nice, clean and most importantly, quiet room for a good night's sleep. Very supportive staff. Let me extend my checkout time so I could shower after the marathon. Highly recommended.

floor wasn’t very clean in room; in need of repairs. staff was kind. area is safe. perfect if you need somewhere to crash but not the type of room you’d hang around in. wifi is pretty bad so i just used my data.

Room was clean, simple but nice for what I needed. A little outdated in colors, it's an old building so expected wear and tear. Very close walking distance to the convention center which was good. Surrounding area for a downtown was what I expected, few homeless around, but never felt unsafe. Only a couple restaurants within walking distance, not many options for food. Overall good experience, I would stay there again.

It wasn't what I was expecting. The hotel is old. The rooms are not modernized. But they do a good job keeping everything clean in the rooms. I didn't swim but the pool was clear and nice looking. It reminded me of a holiday inn from the 80s. Just exactly what it needs to do and nothing else.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Safeco convention center where our church conference was taking place. The hotel has free parking, and we could just walk to the center. There were many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The breakfast was simple but adequate for our purposes.
