The experience was excellent. We even got a call a day before our arrival to find out about our arrival to make sure that the room would be ready. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, room was exceptionally clean, and maintained. I would definitely recommend. "

"The family who owns this Motel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hampton Beach is know for its lackluster Motels, NOT this place! It might not look like much from the outside but the room was updated, the bed was very very comfortable, mini fridge, microwave, no gross carpets. Smells nice. The bedding smells very nice as well and high quality. Its a block off the main drag so its quiet which is a plus! More than worth the price. You really get what you pay for in this area. Definitely...

"Cleanliness is good but carpet does not seem to be fresh, maybe just old. I would suggest that you install some hooks in the bath so you have a place to hang damp towels especially since you do not change towels out on a daily basis."
