Computer system was down for check-in. Booked a room with a king-sized bed. Not available. Got offered a room with 2 queen-sized beds. Ended up getting a room with a single queen-sized bed on the ground floor next to the parking lot and all the smokers. No water fountain to fill a water bottle. The breakfast area consists of two, tiny tables and 8 chairs. The room floor was dirty. Only one light was functioning in the room. The mini-fridge and the AC were very loud. What a shame. This hotel and it's management can and should do much better.

Agreed to accomadate a handicapped room and upon arrival they gave it to someone else. Place smelled of marijuana in the halls and elevator. Room was dirty blankets, floor and bathroom. Place needs a state inspection.

Second time I have stayed here on this trip - first night a week earlier was better, but overall, the property feels kind of dingy - carpeting smells musty like an old apt bldg - the elevator squeaks like it needs maintenance and threshold is filthy going into it - clean your property. There were rowdy people on the floor 2nd night I stayed making racket till 1:15AM - not OK for a lodging facility.

Burn holes and stains in sheets, headboard dirty, had to clean along with bedside table covered in coffee stains, bed cover has cigarette burn holes in it, it would appear that there has been some decoration done but then no care taken to maintain care of the property, another thing is that on a king size bed there should be king sized pillows NOT what looks like twin size pillows or cushions. There is also NO sign of even a single coat hook to hang as much as a jacket on.

I found bed bugs in my room, I even have video proof of it, and I told them and they claimed there wasn’t any. I asked for a refund and they said I would get it back within 24-72 hours and I still haven’t gotten a refund yet

Truly the worst property I've ever encountered. Dirty & dismal. From the filthy, stained lobby furniture to the crumbs in the bed, to the cigarette-burns in the comforter, to the disgusting shower. One of the beds even had what appeared to be a sheet of foam instead of a blanket. The little taped-on-the-walls 'warning' notes from management didn't help either. Absolutely terrible. Avoid like the plague (which you well might catch there).
