"The service was so good, I can say is even better than some big brand name hotel. The price is pretty reasonable for included dinner and breakfast. I would stay at the same hotel when I visit Mt. Fuji again"

"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops around but everything can be found in the hotel itself."

"Great location, nice view of fuji-san, nice garden and trail at the back, nice breakfast with a lot of choice. The fact the rooms had some older furniture was fine since it was according to price. Easier control of hot water in the shower would be better."
