"I was there for the Walden event. The internet service is terrible and the escalators were broken. That being said the room was great, my housekeeper was amazing, and Tracy at the front desk on Wednesday was a rock star!!! Tracy needs to be recognized for her above and beyond service and her kind and caring attitude. Her smile is the best. I hope you let her know she did an amazing job and set the tone for a great experience. "
