Wasnt aware that the hotel charged $75 per night added to the payment giving online for the security deposit, alot of the ice machines was out of service so i had to go to different floors, The tv wasnt turning on took maintenance a day to fix it , housekeeping Only came one day to clean the room out of the four days we stayed. Location was nice and safe. But overall, this hotel do need adjustments.

The telephone was not operational, so no calls could be made to order room service. The glass shower door continued to slide open (was not installed correctly and was on a bit of an incline). The restaurant closed early, therefore had to order Uber Eats to feed my family.

My room would not get cooler than 74 degrees. The dining area with a bar, doesn’t have a bar. It’s only open during select times and you have to go to another room to buy alcohol and then walk around to the “restaurant”. The food was DELICIOUS and the restaurant staff were AMAZING.

When we arrived in the room we found a childs sneaker and two fingernails on the floor. We notified housekeeping and a supervisor came by to clean that up and proceeded to find a pair of underwear,kids slippers and additional items clearly left behind by the previous guest. Obviously not a thorough cleaning. Additionaly one bed lacked a comforter. And to top it off,weput a do not disturb on the door and it was ignored as when we returned to the room the beds were made. Was not fully cleaned though which was par for the course as there was our used washcloths left in the shower while all other towels were removed. And yet management did nothing. Lastly, went to use the laundry room and one of the washing machines was filled with dirty water. I notified management but did not stick around long enough to see if they addressed that. Nasty!

Our room was not ready by the time we arrived at 4:45 pm, it took almost one hour to get in. I understood that there was overbooking and the staff was very sorry about it, however that was not a 5 star check in.

Room had bugs, there were stains on the wall. AC really didn’t work. The soap dispenser was broken and was left in the tub, after showering the water did not go down. The carpet had a smell. When i called the front desk to notify them of the bathroom situation and they kept hanging up.

Not a bad spot at all. Right down the street from Mercedes Benz and State Farm. Super cute hotel. The rooms did not match the aesthetic of the hotel but it wasn’t bad. The bathroom seemed to be dirty when we checked in and asked them to clean it and they did. The tub is stained but after they cleaned it, it was fine. All in all a great stay!!
