"The Palace is a beautiful classic hotel. I booked to celebrate my husband & my 23rd anniversary. I was disappointed in our room at first— I had been under the impression that a junior suite would have more than one room. It was also not ready at 5:30 when we arrived. There was also only one robe & some of the furniture was really scratched. BUT we were given a $50.00 bar credit for the room being late and it turned out to be comfortable & quiet.
