"The Palace is a beautiful classic hotel. I booked to celebrate my husband & my 23rd anniversary. I was disappointed in our room at first— I had been under the impression that a junior suite would have more than one room. It was also not ready at 5:30 when we arrived. There was also only one robe & some of the furniture was really scratched. BUT we were given a $50.00 bar credit for the room being late and it turned out to be comfortable & quiet. "I tried to call the process and waited on home for 15 minutes, got hung up on, call back, hung up again, call back finally got someone on the phone and explain to them how bad that service was. The housekeepers were very sweet and the front desk people when we checked in, were also very sweet. Coffee in the room! The coffee downstairs although expensive was good. "
