"Hotel Burbank was convenient to different restaurants and shops. The hotel was nice and seemed clean. The bar and cafe were cute and convenient as well. The only complaint I have is that the front desk staff are not friendly. For people who work in customer service, I always felt that I was interrupting them by asking questions or just checking in. The staff everywhere else are very friendly. "

"The property was clean and the decor is fun. It’s a decent hotel close to shops and restaurants and dodgers stadium. Multiple paid parking lots are available close by. However, we stayed there prior and returned because of the rooftop bar and the basement bar/lounge. When we arrived we were told the bar was for private events only and the basement bar was closed indefinitely! And yet they still charged us a $29/night “resort fee”. Also, going to the lobby to ask for ice is kinda a pain. ...
