"Love this hotel. Rooms are amazing with great views on the 40th floor. Bathrooms are very large with every convenience known to man. Staff gets a 10/10 and huge thumbs up. Valet worked great. When I called down to get my car, within 15 minutes I would get a text saying the car was downstairs. Hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the best restaurants in Miami. I will be back for sure! Thank you for such a great stay"

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
