"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."

"Breakfast was not provided for me the second day of my stay there. The same towels were left in a washing machine the entire time I was there, so there was one other washing machine left and was usually being used."

"Staff were super friendly. The room was amazing and faced the bay and ferris wheel. I made use of the jacuzzi bath both morning and night. Nothing beat a bath tub soak after a long day of doing touristy things."

"Customer service was top notch. When checking in an older gentlemen showed us to our room and explained all of the functionality of the room. We also asked the front desk for some suggestions on restaurants in the area and they were more than willing to provide their local opinion. The room is even more spacious than the picture do justice. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and restocked daily. There a Lawson, 711, laundromat, and the American Village all within a block. "

"It was nice to be able to use the facilities, clean the room, have breakfast with a choice of Italian and Japanese traditional restaurants, and provide friendly service. The walk in the beautiful traditional Japanese garden was especially wonderful."

"More my own fault not realizing the distance, but it isn't as close to some of the stuff I wanted to see than I thought, that said, breakfast was delicious everyday, and the staff was friendly and accommodating "

"I loved everything! It was so nice and cozy and the staff were very friendly. The onsens were amazing! Very convenient location and walkable everywhere. Definitely recommend! Only thing is that the staff doesn’t speak english too well so they told me the free ramen was at 1030 so I missed it the first night. It says it’s until 10:30pm but they only open for 30 minutes (opens at 9pm and last call is at 930pm) so I don’t think that part is super clear. Besides that everything was amazing! "
