"Excellent hotel, extremely well organised and all aspects managed to a high standard. Our entire stay was flawless from check in, housekeeping, breakfasts, club facilites and checkout. All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. AN excellent choice. "

"The hotel is good. The only problem is that you have to wait till 3 PM to actually get your room. This will be a problem if you arrive in the morning."

"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

"Love the modern design of the rooms, free mini bar and friendly staff. Its near to shopping area but not so close with the busy streets of TST which I like. Overall a pleasant stay"
