"The stay is like something our of a fairytale! You can see the views of the mountains, lake and the tori gates. The property is right by the water. It has the most up to date amenities! Including your own footbath out doors and a full private onsen that opens up to the views! 10/10 can not recommend this place enough! It was literally the most transformative part of our trip to Japan. "

"100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "

The area surrounding the cabin and the cabin itself were beautiful. Oh yes, and the food! Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond to meet our vegetarian diet. This place is a gem in the woods. We had a memorable time!"

Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to...

There's beautiful garden in the bottom floor which was perfect for a night stroll after dinner. The kaiseki dinner was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing.
