"The staff was exceptional from the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff. The proximity to the cable car was also great as there was convenient access to the amazing gondola (they call it the “ropeway”). "

"Hard to get around without your own vehicle;hilly and not walkable. Also, I had a course dinner at Fuji restaurant which was poor at best and there was no other option. The lodging and the service by the staff was great though. "

"This is a very good hotel. Everything was excellent. Unfortunately, the “American breakfast” is not much of a diversion from the Japanese breakfast. The American breakfast needs a serious upgrade. That aside, and excellent hotel. "

"Loved the thoughtfulness and all the complimentary toiletries. Loved the bathrobe and house slippers provided. Great room size. There were 3 adults in our group. Excellent value. And best part is the location! Literally right next door to the train station. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!!"
