「I loved the hotel - the reception staff were great! The restaurant staff were horrible. Ignored us. When we finally got our order it was because we had to get another staff to help us. One night we had to get the hostess track our waitress down so we could pay our bill. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants or bars to others. 」

「We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.」

「The room was suitable for our needs. We only slept and shot there, we were gone the rest of the time. They cleaned every day, fresh towels everyday and free bottled water if we wanted it. We were very satisfied with our stay. 」

「It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around. 」

「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」
