Oscar checked us in late any even upgraded our room to a view but we were the unlucky neighbors of hotel guests that thought it was okay to blast music and throw a party until 5am. Called security twice because it was unbearable; there were at least 6-8 people screaming, singing and bouncing a ball but no one ever came. Went to the desk at 6 am and we were moved promptly.
