"The gentleman at the front desk Kelly/Kerry not quite sure, went above and beyond to make check in easy & was amazing at communicating with us as to when our room would be ready. The hotel was clean & great location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. "

"The hotel is delightful. Rich in history and quite classy. Unfortunately there are many homeless in the streets around the property making it less than comfortable for our age group. We felt uncomfortable walking to varioys sights and restaurants. "

"Loved our stay at The Maxwell house. We live fairly close by but wanted to stay around town before and after a great concert nearby to hang out with other fans. We had such a great time!! Service when checking in and dining was wonderful. Very fun, friendly and kind humans! Thank you so much. We will be back! Joe and Geri "

"Location is convenient. Shuttles are on time but pick up schedules are not ideally good, such as Epcot opens at 7a but shuttle pick up schedule is 10:30a. "

"Hotel staff, Amara, was amazing at check in! We were welcomed right in, given helpful tips for town, and absolutely loved all of the amenities you just don’t see anywhere else. "

"Felt like a European boutique hotel. Loved the music theming and the free craft beer happy hour! Also loved that they held our luggage for us, that was extremely convenient as we arrived early in Seattle."
