You get what you pay for. Definitely an older building they have tried to update. Wasn't horribe wasnt great. Dang heater didnt work and it was late and cold when we got back to the room so jad to throw extra blankets on and sleep layered up.

I’ve already seen reviews about their terrible shower condition. True enough, the knob to turn the shower in the room I was staying was broken, it was completely hanging that you can’t adjust the right temperature of the water. Also, the A/C wasn’t working if you turn the air up or down. Too expensive for what you are getting, I bet the cheaper options would have been a better experience.

Went with son and daughter, family suite was perfect for us (two bathrooms!). Staff (especially Kelly) were super great! Loved being able to text with staff instead of sitting on a phone call. Currently building a dining/cafe area! Hotel is in the hilly section of Seattle. Only a couple of restaurants near and very expensive. However, within a mile there is Pikes Place Market and a big mall. They have an elevator, but there are 5 stairs to lobby/elevator - not good for folks in wheelchairs/handicaps. No dressers in the rooms and one very small closet in family suite. This was perfect for three capable, active adults.
